Exhausted and overwhelmed? here’s what they’re not telling you

Devoting time to yourself will benefit everyone around you

The world is telling you that “parent” trumps all. But you know better. You know that it’s your mental and physical resilience that will make a difference – now and in the future.

You’re worth the time and investment. Your baby does not need the hand-knit booties that will fit for 3 weeks, promise. But if you can’t muster up the courage, then do it for them. Let’s teach our children that the goal is not to be perfect, but to be whole. We teach by modelling. So no, you can’t do it all. And no one else can either. But you can feel like yourself and be a parent. And what a better gift to your children than for them to get to know you.

We offer holistic courses that teach parents how to nourish themselves

Reduce the snarkiness

Feeling unseen and unappreciated causes resentment. Communicating your needs and being an empathetic listener reduce conflict and increase connection – we can teach you how.

Don’t “wait it out”

“I’ll have time again when my child is X,” we hear those thoughts in your head. Yea maybe, or maybe not if you have created a life that revolves around your children without SAVING a place for yourself.

Feel like yourself again

It’s sweet to be saved in your new friends’ contacts as “[insert baby name]’s mom,” at first … but then again, it’s also nice to have a name, and an identity of your own – like you used to.

Take care of your body

What an incredible accomplishment for your body to have been pregnant and birthed. Seriously- growing, nourishing and bringing a baby into this world is insane. Now, let’s give it some TLC.

Let us guide you to parental wholeness.

We are a team of practitioners working together to teach parents the techniques and skills they need in this new chapter of life. We all have day jobs where we do our thing time and again with moms and parents – like you. And we have taken the best of the best – the questions that always get asked, our top teachings and the PSAs that we wish would play at each birth – and woven them all together to create our holistic courses.
